Testing my rowing stamina

I haven’t started describing the whole long term fitness theme and how I measure my progress yet. That will be a later blog post. However, the basic idea is that i score my capabalities in a large number of different activivites.

One of them is rowing on a rowing machine. On this one I measure the number of minutes that I can row at an average tempo of not above 2 min/500m. Tough as hell towards the end. I did this test again at the gym a few days ago and got completely exhausted as you can see. I managed to do 20 mins which was the same as my earlier test in march,
